Who is responsible for the data

The konsh.in website is run, and the data is processed, by Viacheslav Konshin, a Human Design consultant (“I” in the text).

What data I receive and why

• The questionnaire. Name, email, way to contact you (Telegram or WhatsApp), the chosen format, your request as text and up to three voice recordings. Date, time and place of birth, and for a partnership session the details of the second participant. They are needed to prepare for the meeting, contact you and arrange payment.
• Payment. So that you can pay by card, your email, the name of the format, the amount and the number of your questionnaire are passed to Tribute. You enter your bank card details only on the service’s own page; they are not stored on the site or by me. I receive from the service a message that the order was paid, its amount, the service fee and, if there was one, a refund.
• Correspondence. What you write to me on Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or by email is handled under the rules of those services, and I see it as ordinary correspondence.
• Website visits. Aggregated statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics: how many people came, from where and to which pages. No cookies and no data about a specific person.

Your browser also remembers the site mode you chose (day or evening) and the main phrase you saw last. This is stored only on your device and is not sent anywhere.

Consent

By sending the questionnaire you tick your consent to the processing of the data in it. If you give the details of a second participant, you confirm that they know about it and do not mind. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to me: I will delete the questionnaire, except for payment records (see the section “How long data is kept”).

Who receives the data

Only the services without which the site and the consultations do not work.

• Google: the spreadsheet and the Drive folder where questionnaires and voice recordings are kept, and my email.
• Telegram: my bot sends me a notification about a new questionnaire.
• Tribute: accepting card payments.
• Cloudflare: website hosting and visit statistics.

I do not sell data, do not use it for advertising and do not pass it to anyone except these services and cases where the law requires it. These services process data under their own rules.

How data is stored and who sees it

Questionnaires, voice recordings and payment data are kept in my Google account, and only I have access. Data between your browser, the site and the services is sent over a secure connection (HTTPS).

The services I use may store and process data on servers in other countries. By sending the questionnaire you agree to such transfer.

Mailings

I do not send advertising. I write to you only about your questionnaire, the meeting time and payment. If you filled in the questionnaire but did not pay, I will remind you about payment once, by email.

How long data is kept

• Unpaid questionnaires for paid formats and their voice recordings are deleted automatically 30 days after they were filled in.
• Other questionnaires (paid ones and those for formats without payment) are kept for 30 days after our last meeting: during this time you can send “follow-up questions”. After that I delete them.
• Payment records (date, amount, order number) may be kept longer, for accounting.
• I will delete earlier at your request.

Your rights

You can find out what data about you I keep, ask me to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Write to hello@konsh.in (in the subject you can put “Delete my data” or “Withdraw consent”), and I will reply and do it as soon as possible.

If the policy changes, I will update this page and the date at the top.
