What I offer

Online Human Design consultations: a reading of your chart and of your question. Formats, duration and prices in euros are listed in the “Formats and prices” section on the home page.

Meetings take place by video call, in Russian or English.

What a consultation is not

Consultations are not a substitute for help from a doctor or a psychotherapist. I do not give medical, legal or financial advice. You make the decisions about your life yourself.

How to order and pay

1. You fill in the questionnaire on the site and choose a format.
2. You pay by card via Tribute, and the receipt comes by email. If your card doesn’t work or the payment doesn’t go through, message me and I will send bank transfer details.
3. Within 48 hours I read the questionnaire and get in touch with you to agree on a time for the meeting.
4. After the meeting you receive the recording and a PDF with the main points, and within 14 days you can send “follow-up questions”.

Prices are in euros; payment in another currency is converted at the current rate.

For the format without a fixed price (“Owner and business”) we discuss the cost and the way to pay before payment.

Rescheduling a meeting

Sometimes a meeting has to be moved, and that is fine. Each of us has two free reschedules per meeting (in a cycle of four meetings, two for each of them). For a change to count as a reschedule and not a cancellation, let me know no later than 48 hours before the meeting. If later, it counts as a cancellation and the cancellation rules below apply.

• The third and any further reschedules of the same meeting, at your wish, cost 30% of the price of a single consultation, that is €36. I will send a payment link or bank transfer details.
• If I reschedule the same meeting more than twice, for each further reschedule I compensate you with a choice of: 30 minutes added to the session, an extra call, or answers to your questions in a series of voice messages.

Cancellation and refund

• You cancel the meeting more than 48 hours before it starts: I refund 100% of the payment.
• You cancel the meeting less than 48 hours before it starts: I refund 50% of the payment.
• I cancel the meeting: I refund 100% of the payment.

If you do not come to the meeting and do not write, there is no refund. Force majeure circumstances are considered individually.

The fee of the payment systems is deducted from the refunded amount. The exception: if I cancel the meeting, I refund the whole payment without deductions. The refund goes to the same method you paid with.

Cycle of four meetings. If you drop out of the cycle after some of the meetings, I refund the difference between the amount paid and the cost of the meetings held, which I count at the price of a single consultation (€120) for each. For example, you paid €380 and had two meetings: €380 − 2 × €120 = €140 to be refunded.

If the meeting has already taken place. If you are reasonably dissatisfied, write to me within 3 days after the meeting and explain what exactly was wrong. I will consider it and may refund up to 50% of the price of a single consultation, that is up to €60.

What depends on you

The chart is built from the date, time and place of birth. The more exact you are, the more exact the reading. If you don’t have the exact time, tick “approximately” and tell me about it.

Confidentiality

The content of our meetings stays strictly between us. What data I receive and how I handle it is described in the privacy policy.
